We are a team of experts led by Director Jack, with over 20 years of experience in building and construction. We are a local family owned and operated business here in Newcastle. We've got the experience you need, having been in the insurance building industry for years, and now transitioning to support those in our community living with disability. We are committed to providing top-notch home modifications, supporting individuals to improve their independence and freedom within their own homes. Our Services
Bathrooms
From minor modifications, such as the installation of grab rails, or a major bathroom modification Highline Constructions can do it all. We know that the bathroom is one of the most important rooms in the house, that’s why we take great care to make sure the work modifying the bathroom is done right.
Accessible Ramps
Highline Construction can install handrails, widen doorways or for major modifications construct new ramps/landings or even install a stair climber or lift.
Hand Rails
Our Handrails and Grab rails are designed and installed in accordance with Australian Standards and can be manufactured in a range of materials. Internally, your Hand Rail or Grab rail can be fabricated form Powder Coated Aluminium, Stainless Steel or Timber.
Building Works Project Manager
If you have a very complex home modification, and have funding for a building works project manager. This may be because the work is high risk, or if you need extra help to manage the home modification.
Our building works project manager is independent from your builder. They can help you understand your building contract and communicate with your builder. They will make sure:

your work meets all relevant building codes, standards and legal requirements

your modification is completed as agreed in the building contract.
Our building works project manager will help you understand the building contract and how to get the builder started. We will oversee the works at key stages and keep you informed.
